Accessibility Commitment
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Our commitment
Openair is committed to making its website accessible to as wide an audience as possible, including people using assistive technologies. We aim for the site to be usable by anyone, regardless of how they access the web.
2. Conformance target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and represent a widely accepted standard for web accessibility.
3. Measures taken
To support accessibility we have taken the following steps in building and maintaining this site:
- Semantic HTML throughout, including proper use of headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels.
- All interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields, toggles — are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone.
- Visible focus indicators are present on all focusable elements, displayed with a consistent amber outline.
- Text colours maintain a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against their backgrounds across the site.
- All content images carry descriptive
alttext. Decorative images are marked withalt="". - The site respects the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query; no essential content relies on animation. - Interactive components such as the cookie consent dialog use ARIA labels and roles where appropriate.
- The FAQ section uses native
<details>and<summary>elements, which are keyboard-accessible without custom scripting.
4. Known limitations
The embedded Google Maps iframe is a third-party component over which we have limited control. It may not be fully accessible to all assistive technology users. A text description of the location is provided alongside the map as an alternative.
We review and test the site periodically, but cannot guarantee that every third-party script or embedded element fully meets WCAG 2.1 AA. We address reported issues as quickly as we are able.
5. Feedback and reporting
If you encounter a barrier to accessing any part of this site, we want to know. Please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +66 87 219 6453. Describe the issue and the page or feature where you encountered it, and we will aim to respond within five working days.
