User Agreement

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Openair website at openairthx.world or by submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

2. What Openair offers

Openair coordinates small-group outdoor experiences in and around Chiang Mai, Thailand. Current sessions include open-air functional movement groups in riverside parks, guided morning walks along the Ping River and through nearby neighbourhoods, and beginner photography days combining outdoor practice with an afternoon editing workshop. Sessions are recreational in nature and are not presented as professional training, therapy, or any regulated service.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

To make a booking you must be 18 years of age or older, or be accompanied by an adult who accepts responsibility. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for assessing whether a session is suitable for your own circumstances.

4. Bookings and payments

All bookings are made by contacting Openair via the enquiry form or by phone. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are set out on the experiences page of the site. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you written confirmation. Prices shown on the site may change from time to time; the price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed to you in writing.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected] or by phone. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to move your booking to a future date at no extra charge.

If Openair cancels or significantly changes a session, we will offer you a full refund or the option to rebook at a future date. We aim to give at least 2 hours' notice where circumstances allow.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, photographs, graphics, and the Openair name and identity — is owned by or licensed to Openair. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the operation of the site or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Openair provides its services on a reasonable-efforts basis. Outdoor activities involve an element of physical exertion; you participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own wellbeing. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, health, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by the laws of Thailand, Openair's liability for any claim arising from use of the site or attendance at a session is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

11. Changes to this agreement

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or submission of an enquiry after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
