Privacy Notice
Last updated: 28 May 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice explains how Openair ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal data collected through the website at openairthx.world and through enquiries submitted via the contact form. Openair operates from 130 Charoen Rat Road, Wat Ket, Mueang, Chiang Mai 50000, Thailand. You can reach us at [email protected] or by phone at +66 87 219 6453.
2. What data we collect
When you submit the contact form on our site, we collect the information you enter: your first name, optionally your last name, your email address, and optionally your phone number and a free-text message. We may also collect basic technical data — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through standard server logs and analytics tools. Cookies and similar technologies collect additional usage data; see section 5 below.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, confirm session bookings, and send you practical details about the session you have reserved. Technical usage data is used to understand how the site performs and to make improvements. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the contact form) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating our business and communicating with people who have expressed interest in our activities. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable local data-protection law in Thailand.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies to keep certain preferences in place and to collect anonymised usage statistics. We may use third-party analytics tools that set their own cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the preference panel on our site. For full details, please see our Cookie Rules page.
6. Third parties and processors
We may share data with service providers who help us operate the site — for example, web hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers process data only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also use advertising pixels from third-party platforms to understand the effectiveness of our marketing. No personal data is sold.
7. Data retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage your booking and handle any follow-up questions — typically no longer than two years from the last contact. Technical log data is retained for a shorter period, usually up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
8. Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccuracies, and to request deletion. You may also withdraw consent to processing at any time, and request that we restrict how we use your data while a query is being resolved. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Our site uses HTTPS throughout, and access to stored enquiry data is limited to the team members who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely without risk, and we do not make absolute assurances on this point.
10. Children
Our site and services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently received such data, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top. Changes take effect when the updated notice is published on this page.
